Founded in 1995 by Louise Reyneke, Willemine Smit, Linda van der Westhuizen and Conrad van Graan, we aim to provide a specialised service with a focus on evidence-based medicine and patient safety. As anaesthetists, we are involved in the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care and management of our patients. We strive to mitigate risk and optimise patient outcomes. Our areas of expertise include airway management, pain management, critical care and resuscitation. There are several patient factors, surgical factors and anaesthetic factors taken into consideration when your anaesthetist formulates an individualised anaesthetic care plan.
To facilitate the performance of your procedure, you may be offered:
- Procedural sedation
- General anaesthesia
- and/or Regional anaesthesia (neuraxial or peripheral nerve blocks)
